Terms and Conditions
1. Overview
Willowood Ventures LLC provides digital marketing and automotive event services including social media advertising, business development center (BDC) management, and appointment generation for dealerships. Our goal is to increase vehicle sales, lead generation, and customer engagement through targeted digital campaigns.
By submitting payment for any service, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.
2. Scope of Services
Services include campaign strategy, ad creation, copywriting, targeting setup, lead follow-up, and advertising management. Willowood Ventures operates in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. Service availability and pricing may vary by region.
Results depend on multiple factors including market demand, inventory, weather, staffing, and platform performance. No outcome, conversion rate, or sale quantity is guaranteed.
3. Payment Policy
Payment Requirement: Full payment is required before any campaign setup or service work begins.
Payment Acceptance: We accept ACH, wire transfer, overnighted check, or credit card (repeat clients only).
Payment Authorization: Submission of payment constitutes full acceptance of these terms and authorizes Willowood Ventures LLC to begin work.
No Conditional Payments: Payment cannot be held contingent on specific results or dealer performance.
4. No Refund, No Chargeback Policy
All sales are final. No refunds, reversals, or chargebacks will be accepted once payment has been processed.
Because Willowood Ventures provides digital services, measurable work begins immediately upon payment. Campaign setup, creative development, or account activation constitutes partial or full performance of services. Payment therefore confirms that the transaction is valid and authorized.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Events cannot be canceled once payment has been received. Requests to reschedule must be submitted in writing to in**@***************es.com a minimum of 48 hours before the campaign start date. Each campaign may be rescheduled one time only. Reschedule requests received inside 48 hours of launch are not permitted.
6. Dispute Resolution and Acceptance of Work
All concerns regarding performance or service delivery must be reported in writing to in**@***************es.com during the active campaign period. This allows issues to be addressed in real time. Failure to provide written notice while the campaign is active constitutes full acceptance of services rendered.
Once a campaign is completed, all work is deemed accepted and approved.
7. Appointment Guarantee
- Bronze Package: 50 scheduled appointments
- Silver Package: 75 scheduled appointments
- Gold Package: 100 scheduled appointments
- Platinum Package: 150 scheduled appointments
- Elite Package: 250 scheduled appointments
The guarantee applies to scheduled appointments only, not showroom visits or customer attendance. If the minimum appointment threshold is not met during the active period, Willowood Ventures will continue appointment generation at no additional cost until the target is reached.
Customer attendance is not guaranteed and may be influenced by conditions outside our control. Historical averages indicate a 60% show rate, but this is not guaranteed.
8. Client Responsibilities
Dealerships must provide inventory, promotions, and relevant details at least 48 hours prior to campaign launch. Your staff must be available to manage incoming leads and appointments throughout the campaign. Dealerships are responsible for all customer interactions and final sales outcomes once appointments are scheduled.
9. Intellectual Property
All creative assets, content, and materials produced by Willowood Ventures remain the exclusive property of Willowood Ventures LLC. Temporary use of branded materials is permitted during the campaign only. Replication or reuse without written consent is prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
Willowood Ventures LLC is not liable for customer no-shows, cancellations, or any factors outside our control including weather, acts of God, war, government orders, economic conditions, or platform outages.
Liability is strictly limited to the total amount paid for the package purchased. No indirect, consequential, or punitive damages shall apply.
11. Force Majeure
Willowood Ventures LLC is not responsible for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control including acts of God, natural disasters, internet outages, war, terrorism, or platform restrictions. In such cases, services may be rescheduled but refunds will not be issued.
12. Data and Privacy
All client and lead data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Data collected is used solely to perform contracted marketing and appointment services.
13. SMS and Communication Consent
By engaging with Willowood Ventures LLC, you consent to receive SMS, email, and phone communications related to your campaign and marketing updates. Standard messaging rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS communication at any time by replying STOP.
14. Amendments
Willowood Ventures LLC may update these terms at any time. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms. Clients are responsible for reviewing terms prior to each new engagement.
15. Acceptance of Terms
Submitting payment for any Willowood Ventures LLC service indicates full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, including the no-refund, no-cancellation, and chargeback waiver policies.
